WHAT IT DOES NOT CLAIM
The current Execution Grant is unsigned and process-local. The PoV does not claim cryptographic portability, durable replay protection, distributed state, cloud-provider integration or an enterprise control plane.
Portable signed grants, Authority Receipts, persistent state and real cloud adapters remain planned.
